This Easter weekend from the 3rd April to the 6th April 2015 the Gosport & Fareham Easter Festival, located along the South Coast of England promises to be an exhilarating weekend full of fun, games, music and laughter.
With traditional Celtic music, the four hour daytime concerts are considered excellent value for your money, or if you’d be better off booking a minibus and heading over there in the evening there are a number of evening concerts every night. The festival is great even if you’re just coming down for the day and there are camping sites available if you want to spend the whole weekend at the festival.
Gosport and Fareham are two towns located near the historic Portsmouth Harbour, making it the perfect starting point for a two week long music festival celebration. You can continue with the Isle of Wight Jazz festival which starts just a few days after the Gosport and Fareham Easter Festival.
The local area is a beautiful part of Southern England, so you won’t want to miss this celebration of traditional Celtic music, with over the hundred musicians performing over the extended weekend, workshops, sing-along’s and even dancing parties echoing into the night. Head on over for a fantastic weekend!
